Nose Surgery is done under local anethtesia, depending on your case.For some cases it must be done under General Anethesia as to what doctor would advised. During local anesthesia you will be sedated and an anesthesia is injected into your nose to numb the area so you will be pain-free.The surgeon will start cutting within the nosetrils once the nose is already numb, measure the silicon, do the bone shaving if necessary and do the suturing.

After Nose Surgery the patient would expect swelling and bruises around the eyes, cold compress is advised. It will last for about a week or more. The final result can be seen after all the swelling and bruises are gone.
