After 3 days patient can take a shower but with the wounds covered.

With regular exercise and proper diet it can help reduced weight and can improve areas who had the procedure done.People with excess fats but underwent Vaser Liposuction. Final results can be seen after 2-3 months with all the swelling and bruises are gone.Heavy exercise and lifting heavy objects is prohibited for about two weeks. Using a compression garments is very important to compress the areas.
