Breast Reduction Surgery
Breast reduction, or reduction mammoplasty to give it its technical name, is a procedure used to decrease the size of the breasts. The surgery most commonly involves creating an anchor-shaped incision around the areola which extends downwards and follows the natural curve underneath the breast. At At BB Clinic & Beauty Center our qualified surgeons have performed countless successful reduction mammoplasties.
In the majority of cases breast reduction is only considered if your breasts are fully grown, however it can be performed beforehand if you are in serious pain or discomfort. Please note that in some cases breast feeding may not be possible after breast reduction.
Why should I choose a breast reduction?
• If large or sagging breasts are stopping you from exercising or doing activities you enjoy
• If your breast size is causing you physical discomfort
